A QR code is a 2D code that displays encrypted information as an image. Attached to the exhibition stand, it has a fixed geographical relationship to the presentation. Mobile devices scan it to obtain information about a data storage compartment in which any files are stored. The code only contains the path to the file, not the file itself. Without a stored file, nothing is displayed. Covering the code prevents access to the trade fair presentation. The data behind the code can be exchanged at will. You are therefore flexible in terms of what is displayed.

Let us know where the QR code should be placed on your stand and the location of your audience. We guarantee that the presentation will appear in the same place for everyone, regardless of their position. We virtually show larger exhibits than your stand allows, and the presentation can also be located outside the stand floor plan. With minimal effort, we enable an exclusive virtual presentation for people with your authorized AR glasses. They use the QR code to connect to the presentation stored on the servers. The positioning is the same for all viewers, the presentation "floats" at the defined position in the room.
The AR glasses connect to the currently activated file on a server provided especially for you via the information contained in the QR code. Our servers are hosted in Germany and therefore comply with the applicable regulations. The connection between the AR glasses and the server is established via the Internet. This is usually provided by the trade fair organizer. There are also alternative options that can be considered as part of further discussions.
You can rent an almost unlimited number of state-of-the-art AR glasses for the entire duration of the trade fair. Our service includes set-up, thorough testing and provision of the glasses. Extensive training is not required as we ensure that the use of the AR glasses is intuitive and user-friendly. The model to be used is agreed in advance.
